AGC Return Policy
All sales on ammunition purchased at AGC are final and are not eligible for returns.
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal at AGC. If you are not happy with our other products and need to return a product, please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. All new items sold have a 2-day inspection period from time of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Any item that has been used is not eligible for a return.
To receive a refund or exchange:
The NEW, UNUSED item must be returned in its original condition within 2 days from the date purchased and the item must not show any wear, usage, or intentional damage. If we determine that any returned item is not in sellable condition we will return it to you and no refund or exchange will be made. You must include a copy of the original receipt for any return.
Returns are not allowed for the following:
Annual or partial year membership fees, certification fees, orientation fees,
Any item that has been modified, abused, shows wear, or has intentional damage,
Items cannot be returned without a receipt
All new products (except ammo) sold at AGC are guaranteed to be free of defects. Although we visually check each item for any apparent defects, we do ask that you immediately check your merchandise upon purchase for any potential defects. If the item appears defective, or does not function properly, please contact the AGC office manager.
